Cancellation Policy

Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your picnic date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your scheduled picnic. PaymentsAll payments must be made electronically. A secure payment link will be provided for the remaining balance. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the retainer. Cancellations: All retainers are non-refundable. -Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled picnic may be rescheduled one time within 30 days (subject to availability). -Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled picnic will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests may incur a fee. Late ArrivalsYour picnic time begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will not extend your reserved time. Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather (rain, high winds, unsafe conditions), your picnic may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Weather-related reschedules are determined at the discretion of Petals and Picnics Society Co. Damages & Clean-Up: Clients are responsible for any damages to rental items beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning or replacement fee may be charged if necessary. Guest Count: Pricing includes a set number of guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance and will incur an additional fee. Acceptance of Terms: By booking with Petals and Picnics Society Co., you acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies listed above.
